James focuses on Account Services and New Business Strategies as well as serving as Radio Media Director. James is a 20+ year veteran of the media, broadcasting and marketing business. A 1988 graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, James started his career at WTIC-TV Fox 61 in the production and news department. He was later promoted to Film Director. James started his sales and marketing career in 1992 for Multi-Market Communications, now CBS Radio. He has worked as an Account Executive, Director of Non-Traditional Revenue and was General Sales Manager of three CBS radio stations (WZMX-FM, WTIC-FM and WRCH-FM). He has excelled in varied responsibilities for a wide array of account categories. James currently resides in Cheshire, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
Mark serves primarily as Account Services, New Business Development and TV Media Director. Mark is a 20+ year veteran of the TV business that started while in college at Eastern Connecticut State University producing long form videos. After graduation in 1988, Mark spent 10 years in various production positions for WTIC-TV, WFSB-TV and ESPN. In 1998 Mark began his sales and marketing career and spent 5 years as an Account Executive helping many local businesses develop and execute successful marketing campaigns. In 2003, Mark was promoted to Sales Manager for WSHM-TV and was instrumental in the success of this start-up CBS affiliate in Springfield, Mass. Prior to forming TagTeam, Mark held the position of Local Sales Manager for WFSB-TV in Hartford/New Haven, Connecticut. Mark resides in Wethersfield, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
As Media Coordinator, Kristin handles all interactions with the media. She assists in all media planning and buying, which includes submitting all insertion orders, traffic of all creative and reconciliation of all invoices. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business & Economics, Kristin has held internships at the Pita Group of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, and Zipcar, the world’s largest car sharing company. Kristin currently resides in Wethersfield, Connecticut.
As Production Coordinator, Kevin manages all production related work flow including systems and processes. Kevin also assists in producing, shooting and editing video and audio creative. Kevin has been a commercial producer responsible for writing, producing, shooting and editing video content for broadcast and cable outlets since 1997. Kevin resides in Norwich, Connecticut with his fiancee.
As Digital/Social Media specialist, Tim manages all aspects of our client’s social presence and digital marketing campaigns. Tim has more than 20 years of experience developing and managing a variety of strategic business and information technology initiatives including strategies in eBusiness (Direct Marketing and Social Media), as well as developing business cases for online marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, social media solutions and cloud computing primarily for global Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups and small businesses. Tim has also developed an integrated and automated social media and online marketing solution that leverages several cloud solutions to free up time and resources for the business owner to manage and maintain an online presence in less than 6 hours per week. Tim resides in Guilford, Connecticut with his wife.
